Terms & Conditions of Stay

Please read the terms and conditions below. By making a reservation and proceeding with check-in, guests are deemed to have understood and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

1. Security Deposit

A security deposit of RM100 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after an inspection of the unit is carried out on the check-out day, subject to the overall condition of the homestay and its equipment.

2. Check-in & Check-out Time

  • Check-in time is on or after 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon).

3. Late Check-out Policy

Any request for late check-out is subject to availability and the following additional charges:

  • Before 12:00 PMNo charge (F.O.C)
  • Before 2:00 PM – Additional charge of RM50
  • After 2:00 PM – Charged as one full night

4. Quiet Hours

To maintain comfort and peace for all guests and neighbours, guests are requested to avoid excessive noise in and around the homestay from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly NOT ALLOWED within the homestay or its compound:

  • Keeping or consuming durian inside the house
  • Smoking inside the house or enclosed areas
  • Use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Gambling or any activities that breach Malaysian law

6. Pets

No pets are allowed inside the unit or within the homestay compound.

7. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED within the homestay. If smoking is detected inside the unit, the management reserves the right to impose a penalty of RM100. Guests may only smoke at suitable outdoor areas.

8. Footwear Inside the House

Wearing shoes inside the house is not allowed. A cleaning surcharge of RM50 may be imposed if shoe marks or dirt from footwear are found inside.

9. Illegal Activities & Vandalism

Any illegal activities, including vandalism or damage to property, will be reported to the police and relevant authorities.

10. Cleanliness of the Unit

Guests are required to ensure that the homestay is kept reasonably clean and tidy upon check-out. An additional cleaning fee of RM50 may be charged if the unit is left in an excessively dirty condition.

11. Damages to Equipment & Inventory

Any damage to equipment, furniture or facilities will be charged to the guest based on the homestay’s inventory replacement price list as determined by the management.

12. Responsibility & Safety

The management shall not be held responsible for any dangerous activities, illegal acts or loss of personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to lock the doors properly and keep valuables safely stored at all times.

13. Parking & Vehicles

Guests must park their vehicles only at the designated parking area and ensure that neighbouring driveways are not blocked. All risks and responsibilities related to vehicles remain with the vehicle owners.
